With over ten years of experience in accounting and financial planning, Kelley is an integral part of the RTA financial team. She is an expert in data analytics and has the unique ability to streamline systems to translate the corporate strategy into numbers. She optimizes operations by enhancing efficiencies through organizing data and continuously fine-tuning reports. For that reason, we call her The Mechanic.

In her previous role, Kelley was responsible for managing the finance business for over $500 million in Logistics revenue. Prior to that, she was the finance controller for a home delivery pharmaceutical company, managing over $300 million in operating expenses. She received a Master of Accountancy from Fontbonne University and is a Certified Public Accountant.   

Kelley resides in Saint Louis, Missouri. She enjoys staying active through competitive running and golfing. She loves spending time with friends and family.
